Product Introduction

Five-layer sintered stainless steel mesh is a specialized material composed of five layers of stainless steel wire mesh with varying openings and diameters that are sintered together in a vacuum environment. This process enhances the characteristics of stainless steel woven wire mesh, resulting in an integrated porous material with improved mechanical strength, high permeability, and enhanced structural integrity. The sintering process bonds the contact points of different wire meshes together to create molecular diffusion-welds at every intersection of the wire mesh, which in turn enhances the temperature and pressure resistance of the sintered mesh.  Additionally, the mechanical strength of the coarser support layers is provided while maintaining the filtration rating of the finest mesh layer.

Materials: Stainless steel 316 L, stainless steel 304, 304L, and other materials available upon request.

Filtration accuracy: 1 micron to 300 microns.

Heat resistance: Up to 600°C.

Standard thickness: 1.7 mm.

Standard sizes: 480 mm × 480 mm, 500 mm × 1000 mm, 600 mm × 1200 mm, 610 mm × 1250 mm, 1000 mm × 1000 mm, and 1200 mm × 1200 mm. Other sizes can be designed according to customers' requirements.

Maximum size: 1219 mm × 1219 mm.

Type classification: Sintered Dutch woven wire mesh and sintered square woven wire mesh.

Pharmaceutical industry: Sintered 5 layers stainless steel wire mesh is used in the pharmaceutical industry for filtration of liquids and gas, as well as for sterilization of equipment and packaging materials.

Food and beverage industry: Sintered 5 layers stainless steel wire mesh is used in the food and beverage industry for filtration of liquids and gas, as well as for sterilization of equipment and packaging materials.

Oil and gas industry: Sintered 5 layers stainless steel wire mesh is used in the oil and gas industry for filtration of drilling fluids, produced water, and other fluids.

Water treatment industry: Sintered 5 layers stainless steel wire mesh is used in the water treatment industry for filtration of drinking water, wastewater, and other liquids

Package and Shipment

1. Sintered Filters are usually packed in cartons, wrapped in soft film, and fixed in a box filled with industrial foam cotton, and the outer baler is packed with plastic bags with no damage during transportation.

2. Wooden box export packaging can also be customized. The foam cotton can be filled and fixed, the external box is sealed, the bottom is specified, the whole packaging is processed, and the goods can be delivered to the customer´s designated place without damage.
